How Can I register for the Archive?
• The Archive issues a document for all visitors containing all of the necessary information to identify the person.
• The registration document is valid until December 31 of the given year.
What is the cost of registering in the Archive?
Registration is free.
Can anyone register in the Archive who is not a student or employee of the University?
Yes, anyone can register.
Can documents be borrowed from the Archive?
Since all archival documents are unique they cannot be borrowed.

Yes, since the quantity of documents in the Archive is huge, it takes time to find those you are looking for. In order to make your requested documents available as quickly as possible, please make arrangements with our staff in advance.

What documents are in the Archive?
• As a university research library, our archive preserves historically valued documents created by the bodies of Pannon University and its legal predecessor institutions, in addition, it contains personal bequests of former professors of the University.
• Besides historically valued documents, we also keep special books, journals, relics and memorabilia related to the University.
OPENING HOURS
When the Archive is open?
• During the academic year, the Archive is open between 8:00 and 15:00 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
• You can ask for information about summer opening hours by e-mail.
Where is the Archive?
The Archive is located in Veszprém, as part of the University Library, on the first floor of building “M” at 1 Wartha Vince street.
